Privacy Notice

Updated

This notice covers the English TestMio assessment service at testmio.com. TestMio processes the information needed to provide assessments, reports, account access, purchases and support. This can include your answers, task-specific profile details such as an age or age band and device type, progress, task timing, results, receipt email and order records. An optional account adds sign-in and account details. Support messages contain the information you choose to send.

Essential cookies identify your guest session or signed-in account and help protect access. Guest reports remain associated with the original browser session unless saved to your account. Clearing cookies or changing browsers can affect guest access. Recently visited assessments are also stored in your browser; clearing that list does not delete server reports.

We use this information to save progress, calculate reports, confirm payments, control access, respond to requests and protect the service. Report and order access is checked against the relevant session or account. Authorised staff have access according to their role; private reports are not public search pages.

Our hosting provider operates the application and data storage. Cloudflare provides website traffic and email-routing services, and support messages are forwarded to Gmail. These providers process information needed for those services and may operate in different countries. When checkout is available, Creem processes checkout and payment information under its own privacy notice. We send purchase references and receipt contact information to checkout, not your assessment answers. Public pages also load usage analytics from geo.cepingku.com. Visiting these pages can provide that service with technical and page or referrer information. Private report, account and checkout pages do not load this analytics snippet.

We retain data for operating the service, handling support and meeting applicable recordkeeping obligations. Deleting an account does not automatically erase retained transaction or audit records. Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about retention. We may verify your identity and explain records that must be retained.
